Ordered the Bonnell Ex Enduro. I experienced a 2 days delay. Great customer service if you demand it. 1) Getting charged 1 day before the product shipped. This created confidence for how legitimate the company is. I asked about this and I received a rather short satisfactory answer from them. This leads me to trust them and got delivered. I loved it.

Here’s what happened: I reached out to Lithium e bikes in early November before placing my order to confirm the bike I wanted would arrive in time for Christmas. They assured me it would, so I moved forward with the order (almost $10,000). After I placed it, a man from their company called to verify my order and identity so they could continue processing it.
Was happy to receive the bike within a week and it was really good

I received my order in good condition new without a spare battery as I requested, so this was just a minor issue or parceling problem.
When I contacted customer service, they took responsibility for not sending my spare battery, they told me I would be charged a $10 for shipping it which was fair to me. Mistakes are always made but taking responsibility is very important . That’s why I love lithiumebikes
